Committee Meeting 6th July 2010

Minutes of last meeting
-Branch PATA Forest group are going to close.
- New parent packs are being done.
-Rising 5’s party is being arranged.
Kitchen
Fliss has left message for Graham (who built the kitchen ) We are proposing to take the kitchen from here to new building. (Graham wants to look at the kitchen in the new building first.) All agreed - Anne will let the school know that we are taking the kitchen. (Proposed by Astrid, seconded by Leona)
Update on move
Food will be provided on the days of packing and move for helpers. Action: Anne made a list, she and Sam will shop for 28th/29th. We will meet 10 am ish for packing.
Bev. Has difficulty moving items from River centre building. Action: Donna will contact her to see if she can get some help. I f she is abvle to get a truck for 31st July we will put all their things on it for them . Also Donna to find out who/when keys are being handed over.
Action: Anne will speak to Mrs Lawson re. The kitchen.
Admin vacancy update
4 applicants – all are being interviewed on 12th July.
Playworker vacancy update
8 applicants – 5 are being interviewed on 20th July.
Summer trip
Fliss has carried out risk assessment.
Sam, Barbara, Brian, Anne and Serena will attend the trip.
Transport is arranged for 9.30 am and back for 2.30 pm. All to meet in the library car park.
Sports day
On Wednesday 14th July.
Actions: Michelle and Leona to buy and prepare food – for £1 a plate
Raffle prizes needed – please put donations in the office.
